I assume yes, because the same file does work if I replace the file with flac.

FILE "filename" WAVE
TITLE

and so on.

Are CUE sheets with OPUS files not supported? When I try to drop such a file onth INBOX, it shows individual tracks, but does not play them when I doubleclick...

You can upmix sound of any application using "EqualizerAPO" app.
