Thanks SkyZippr.  I was having problems getting all of the songs on an album to group into a single album, because of the situation that you described.  I finally figured out (after posting the question), that songs are grouped into albums by the "album artist" tag, and that the "artist" tag is irrelevant for sorting.  It's not intuitive, but now that I know it, I think I can get everything arranged as I like.

Greetings.  Sometimes on an album, there is a track that I never want to hear.  Whenever I play such an album, I now select all of the remaining songs that I do want to hear, omitting the one that I don't.  This is tedious.  Is there a way to flag tracks so that whenever I play that album, they will automatically be skipped?  Thanks.

Just to be sure I will be doing this correctly... 

I downloaded from here:

Then I downloaded from here:
https://getmusicbee.com/patches/MusicBee33_Patched.zip

The first one contains a setup executable MusicBee_Setup_3_3_7003.exe.  The second one contains a collection of files, including MusicBee.exe, although no setup file.  Do I run the first one, installing over my existing copy of MusicBee, and the just copy over the files from the second one?

Ok.  I'm now at version 3.2.6902.  It still won't export an absolute file path playlist.

MB 3.0.6276; Win10Pro64.  I want to export a playlist with absolute file paths.  The box for "use relative file paths" is unchecked, yet the m3u file that is generated has relative paths anyway.  I've also noted, while testing, that if I check the "use relative file paths" box and click save, it is nevertheless unchecked when I re-open preferences.  Can any one help?  Thanks.

Yup!  In the main window in the main player, the time is reported as mm:ss (e.g. - 85:58).  In the progress bar, and the bottom status bar, the time is reported as hh:mm:ss (e.g. - 1:25:58).  I'd like them to be same, preferably as hh:mm:ss.
