Plugins / Re: LyricsReloaded (Latest)

Thank you, I guess I can't add a search that isn't there already. I thought that would be possible.
I also wanted to replace the right-click option 'Google Search' with a different search engine, but I don't think there's a plugin for that.
Cheers

Thank you for your reply. But I checked that before and I can't edit anything except the order. I want to add and remove lyric searching sites

I apologise in advance if this is an obvious question, but I can't find the answer anywhere. How do I configure the plugin?
MusicBee only gives me the option to disable or uninstall it.

Thank you. I searched and searched the source of those names in the edit window, and the custom sort was the only place I could find them. I hadn't seen the "..." button, it's very inconspicuous.

Cheers

I'm trying to delete every custom sort value I find because they're populating my list of artist with random band members.
For instance, this song by the band Kings of Leon has 9 different entries in my List of artists because it has 9 indelible custom sort values.

Thank you for your reply

No, I don't. That's the thing, it's not even enabled and the tracks that have custom sorting names are bloating the list of artists because of band members listed in the "edit custom sort values" area. If it's not enabled, those names shouldn't show up.

And just to make sure, I enabled the option you mentioned (Edit Preferences>Sorting>enable custom sorting) and I still can't delete the names and save them, so no change in that regard.

Questions / [Solved] Edit Custom Sort Values
« on: June 26, 2020, 08:04:53 PM »
I posted this in Questions, but no one answered. It feels like a bug, so I'm posting it here as well.

In the Sorting tab while editing a track, there's a button named Edit Custom Sort Values
But we can't edit anything, because after clicking update and then save, whatever values I edited are gone and what I deleted comes back. I tried deleting as text and as grid, and also clicking the [-] button.
Why can't I save this section? (Artist and Composer Names sorting)
We should be able to save it, otherwise what's the point of the update and save buttons?

The audio file is not flagged as Read-Only.

Any help is appreciated
Thanks

It worked, thank you again  ;D
I had no idea what those Virtual tags were, but now I figured it out.
I made one <Year>_<Album> and it's working great

Thank you scampbll, I can't believe I missed it.
On the same subject, could the Album sort display the release year instead (or along with) their names? Or do I have to open a third small window as in Artist / Album / Year ? This way the library groups all albums instead of only the albums from that artist already selected
It's a lot more useful, after I select the artist, to see their albums in chronological order.

Questions / Sort by number of tracks
« on: May 23, 2014, 09:36:05 PM »
Hi, my first post here.
I love MusicBee, but the Library lacks in sorting options.
I selected 2 options to sort by: Artist / Album. And they both display the number of tracks, which so far is great.
But I would like to have the option to click on top of the column "number of tracks" and sort by it. I have lots' of artists with only one or two tracks and I'd like my favorite artists to be on the top of the list.
Is that possible?
