Way to ignore certain extensions like M4P ?

Just moved from iTunes to MediaMonkey to MusicBee. Sofar I like it a lot is exactly what I need.

I use a USB drive to copy my music to my car. However, when I am doing this, I get hit with the invalid extension error for about 300 files.

Is there a way to have MusicBee ignore these files?
Or does anybody have a suggestion to convert these M4P files to MP3?
