Limit Artist Pictures to Local Files in Now Playing for Specific Artists

Can a flag/checkbox be added in the "Now Playing Layout Configuration" settings to only show artist pictures if present locally (specified in 'Edit Preferences > Tags (1) > artwork > artist pictures location')? I now know I can disable this for all artists by unchecking the "retrieve web pictures" checkbox, but I want to only disable this if no local artist pictures are present for whatever track is currently playing in "Now Playing". I originally asked if this was already possible to do in this thread.

when that option is unticked, i believe it should already be only retrieving web artwork if no local artwork exists. If local artwork exists, it wont search the web

Ok, I did some testing and see when this option is unticked it will make one attempt to retrieve web artwork, if no local artist artwork is available, but not make any more attempts, so it will just show the same image and not rotate. My request was when having this option unticked, and no local artist is available, it would still rotate between new web artwork images like when this option is ticked. I hope that makes sense. No worries, I will at some point just work on creating local artwork images to display for all artists, but it will take some time.
