I recently upgraded to 3.2 and I noticed the new playlist header bar is behaving inconsistently. Although I've enabled the header bar it only displays initially, it then disappears when switching back from the main library. Perhaps a bug introduced along the upgrade path? I may try a clean install next.

Are you using the latest v3.2 patch as i thought i had already fixed something like this.

If you are, then are you switching tabs or same tab but switching between the music library and playlist?
And are the playlists displayed in the left navigator or Playlist explorer?

I'm running v 3.2.6651, downloaded from here: https://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=24754.msg141567;boardseen#new

Same tab switching between library and playlists in the left navigator (not playlist explorer).

i have found another case where its not being set, so could you try this version:
http://musicbee.niblseed.com/V3_2/MusicBee32_Patched.zip
unzip and replace the existing musicbee files
