I'm trying to replace the word "Guest" with "Guest Artist" in the performers tag. The problem is that some of these songs also have performers labeled as "Guest Lead Vocals" so the result I'm getting is "Guest Artist Lead Vocals". Checking the box "match whole word" does not make any difference. Is there any way to solve this with a regular expression?

Try surrounding them with parenthesis as MB treats it as part of tag value for performer tags.

Take a look at the Advanced Search and Replace module of the Advanced Tagging and Reporting Tool plugin.

It's quite possible that one of the 'remove' presets would do what you need. You're going to have to experiment (unless someone comes up with a definitive answer) so I suggest testing on only a couple of files until you confirm that working as expected.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Worked like a charm. Should have thought of that myself. Thanks!
