Hello everybody,

I know this topic is old but despite your explanations, I cannot get the highlights flags under the track properties (on the right of the interface)
Did I forget something? How can I do ?

As far as i know, it's not possible.
The highlights icons only appear on the lists, like in the main panel.  

Edit:
i updated the zip file containing flag icons, as i added a bunch of new ones since last time.
I did put the link in the first post also.
