Online streaming related improvements

1: Make it possible to create folders in the Radio Stations view.

2: Display stream information other than bitrate in the info panel. Codec for example. The codec displays in the notifier popup.

3: When the network buffer empties and playback pauses, display the scrolling seekbar background like during prebuffering. Also, display buffer status (in percentage filled?) somewhere when it's not 100%, regardless of state.

4: Bring up the notifier popup to display network errors, replace the stream name with the error itself and display the number code of the error. Do not bring up that dialog box.

5: (If possible) Configurable prebuffering, buffer size and prebuffering after underrun.

I could use these enhancements also (since I am currently using Winamp in order to be able to increase the buffer size and even foobar2000 does not support it despite occasional requests).
