I have tried to convert some Flac files to mp3 using the built in convertor i get a message Failed-Unable to Encode (error= BASS ERROR FILEOPEN). Anyone got any idea what it means please. I can convert using Format Factory but would like to do it with Musicbee.

    Have you installed the required file?  See the FAQ for download links.

      (Unzip and overwrite existing program files)

      Thanks for the info Psychoadept, i had't enabled the mp3 encoder in the preferences box, now everything works and the conversion is so fast!
