I just downloaded & installed Musicbee having liked what I saw on the front page of this website. Except that the MusicBee application I installed does not look anything like what the images present on the front page. It doesn't have the same layout or theme, nor does it seem to be particularly user friendly.

Surely, I've done something wrong here... ?

Hi, welcome to the forum!

What you see on the main page is a specific skin, which you can download from the Add-Ons section if you don't like any of the included skins.

You can learn more about manipulating the layout here: http://musicbee.wikia.com/wiki/The_Anatomy_of_MusicBee

As for user friendliness, you will have to give us more info about what you're having difficulty with for us to be able to help.

Hi, Thanks for replying!

Yes, I gather now it is a skin. It just seems odd to me to have the front page displaying a skin & layout that, not only isn't the default setup, but the skin isn't actually included. I also cannot seem to find that specific skin in the add on section.

In terms of user friendliness, I just mean in general that there is a lot panels, buttons, tabs & fly out menus, again in comparison to the images of the program presented on the front page. The default setup isn't as "streamlined".
