[Implemented] Make Moving from Inbox to Library Respect Auto-Organise Settings

Discussed quite a long time ago in a bug report topic. Currently, if you have the setting "Do not re-organise files with missing tags" ticked in the auto-organise options, it only applies to files already in your library. If you move a file from the inbox to the library with missing tags, the file is auto-organised using generic names, which isn't particularly useful. Could the setting please be respected when moving files from the inbox to the library?

what do imagine the behavior of MB would be for those files when moving them to the library?

Don't move them at all would be my preferred option as they don't have all the tags for auto-organise to be completed if they were in the library.
