Lyrics Panel Border/Seperator Line Color?

Is there a way to change the border line for lyrics panel without changing all of the other panel borders that go along with
element id="Panel.Body.Default ?

I would like to be able to affect this line separately from the other bdr/separator lines.

I have toyed around with other command lines but have not been successful.
