Wishlist....Adjustable Width Border For Content[Artwork].Body.Highlight

<element id="Content[Artwork].Body.Highlight" bg="255,0,0" /> currently colors the highlighted border around selected artwork.  Would it be possible to get a line which adjusts the width of the highlighted border so it would be more noticeable?

Specifically, when I use the A-Z Jump Bar, I would like the resulting highlighted artwork to stand out more so it is more easily visible.   I'm thinking a line within the skin that has a numeric value adjustment that would give users the OPTION of changing the border width.
