"NowPlayingPanel.SpectrumVisualiser" shows where?

This element was added some time ago:

I can't find how or where to display this. I would think it should be the one in the left panel?
(but that doesn't change, that's why I'm wondering)

It only ever changed the visualiser in Now Playing tab when using the default view, pre 'Modern' compact player changes.

Hence my question here (Reply #266), to see if it's now defunct.

You can see how it used to look here, in my Aurora skin.
