Option to start minimized, to put it at windows startup

There's a very simple way to do this yourself without Steven doing any programing. 
Copy the MB executable file and drag it into your Startup folder.  Once there, right-click on it, select PROPERTIES, and towards the bottom you'll notice a field called RUN.   Use the drop-down to 'minimized.'
That should do the trick.
