Two requests for Layout Preferences

These don't add any functionality, just convenience:

1) How about adding a button to open the Customize Panel Settings screen for the Playing Track Panel, on Layout (1)?

2) Since there's a whole page there, why not spread out the settings on Layout (2) so we can see them all at once?

I have another similar suggestion:

on the Now Playing Layout Configuration page, maybe turn the Display Fields and Web Links settings into two separate major tabs, and combine artwork and lyrics, since they don't take up much room?  I had forgotten you could even have web links in Track Details until I was grabbing screenshots for the wiki.

Edit: actually, after looking at it a little more, it seems like Layout and Artwork would fit where the Display Fields and Web Links tabs are now, along with the general Track Details settings.  Then the other two could have their own tabs, and the whole page could probably be shortened a little (it *barely* fits my monitor as-is)
