Recently added 'contains' and 'does not contain' not present in genre/grouping

Recently the selection options 'contains' and 'does not contain' were added to the dropdownlists where you create playlists.
But strangely enough they are still missing when you want to define the selection for 'genre' and for 'grouping'.
Maybe other options miss them as well.
Why is that?
Could they please be added to ALL dropdownlists?

And in a related request:
Please show all options of the dropdownlists at once, to avoid unnecessary scrolling.

"contains" and "does not contain" have always been there for text values except genre and grouping and maybe a couple more.
The last updated version has already been included "contains", "does not contain" for genre, grouping
