Ignore prefixes for "first character" file naming within file organiser

I like the file organiser masks, but it would be nice if the "first character" mask was able to ignore prefixes such as "the."  so instead of The Beatles being placed in the "T" folder, they are placed in the "B" folder. 

It would also be nice if conditional statements were possible.  for instance: if <Album Artist> = "Various" then "VA" else <Album Artist>:1 

With this ability you could theoretically have one file naming preset that works for organizing any file.

i agree about the 1st char naming - its not consistent with the tag preference for ignoring 'The' etc. I'll fix that for the next update
