Hotkey : Allow different LOCAL and GLOBAL HOTKEY

Please consider implementing the possibility to have a "global" hotkey different than the "local" hotkey, just like Foobar2000.

For instance :

- local   :               numpad 4 -> next track (when in the MusicBee app)
- global : CTRL + numpad 4 -> next track (when outside the MusicBee app)

or

- local   :            numpad + -> Volume up  (when in the MusicBee app)
- global : ALT + numpad +-> Volume up  (when outside the MusicBee app)

It's probably one of the main reason I keep going back to Foobar2000 ... apart that, MusicBee is great for browsing music, managing music on your cell phone, etc.
