2 Way ratings sync seems to not be working

I have checked the 2 way sync box under the device setting for my ipod, which should presumably be updating the ratings I input on my ipod onto my music library when I sync it. Problem is, this isn't happening. With my ipod connected to my computer I can open up my playlists and see that on the ipod the ratings are there, they just aren't being transferred over. any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I have version 2.0.4663 right now.
