ATTENTION!
This skin has been updated for MusicBee 3 and later.
Compatibility with version 2.5 or earlier is not guaranteed.

Influenced by lnminente's ideas in Dusk.mod.lnminente, of hiding/disguising some player elements, I came up with this skin.

Rain

Very nice.

Wouldn't it work to have transparency on the Windows minimize/maximize buttons?

In this skin I notice the same issue I encountered (and raised) in the past that prevented me from doing some stuff I had wanted to do:
When the text scrolls, the text has no transparent background, but a part of the background image scrolls along with it.

I did use transparency.  You should be able to see the storm clouds background through them.
The background should become opaque on highlight.

Yeah, I'm aware of that too.
I let it go in this one as the text area is quite wide so I thought it would only impact on some long classical titles.
I've also noticed that when you change from Progress Bar to Wave Bar you get a lighter patch in the background where the text existed before the switch. A quick restart of MB fixes that one.

I would expect the background of these buttons to stay the same at mouse-over.
Now you can clearly notice the basic square shape of the icon.
But if this is intentional, never mind.
