volume steps to slow down volume slider to increase/decrease it

Hi
could be added a volume "normal or logarithimic " steps ?
so we can control how fast/slow  the volume slider when i try to increase or decrease volume
there is a beautiful freeware portable called volume2 , it can slow down volume very well ,but it doesn't work in wasapi event

in both , could be added some steps to slow down or faster both logarithimic or/and  normal volume slider

prefs> hotkeys> "player: volume down"/"player: volume up" (ctrl+alt+down/up by default)? though i'm not how it works with logarithmic scale.
