Immediate read - single file

With all the attention paid to ID3 tags - different versions in different programs, and all of that (that covers many thousands of hours of discussions, here and elsewhere), I wanted to run some tests.
So I open MB and check out how the tags show on a particular file.
Then I switch over to MP3tag and edit the file there to see what happens to the MB version.
Then I go back to MB to evaluate the results.
But MB has its own DB version still.
To see the edit, I need to rescan everything.

So, it would be awesome to have a single right-click option for a file, in the main window, to "re-read file & tags"

You can do that by right-clicking the file, and select: send to> file rescan.
(I believe this was added not a very long time ago, so make sure you are using a recent version of MusicBee)
