When reporting an issue please consider the following:

***First and foremost, please search the forum because your question may have already been addressed.***

1.  Always state the actual version of the program you are using.  ( help/ about)
Stating 'latest version' is  truly meaningless because there are so many versions floating around and VERY frequent patches.

2.  Post images whenever possible . A picture is worth a thousand words.

3.  If at all possible, post the steps to duplicate the problem you are having, including any changes since the program last worked as expected.

4.  Consider looking at the error log and posting  anything in the error log that may have the date and time that coincides with the occurrence.  (Help/support/View error log)

It is  important to consider that there are many moving parts and variables to this and any other program, so support personnel are really not trying to be unreasonable when they are asking for information that you may think is not important or redundant.  The more information given, the more they are able to address it as if they are sitting at your computer.
