Allow Changing of Aspect Ratio when playing Video

It would nice to have the functionality of being able to choose a different aspect ratio to compensate for some of the videos I have. Just a thought!

+1, it's especially annoying that fullscreen mode automatically sets the aspect ratio to whatever the native aspect ratio of the screen is
