V3 skins

Just a note to skin developers. If you are planning skin(s) for v3, i am aiming for the 3rd week of April as the release date.
I guess by mid-april i would need to know which skins will be ready.
I will prepare a list of skins i plan to remove before then (lets say by next weekend) just in case its one of yours and you intend to update it or you want to carry it forward from someone who is no longer active on the forum.

You might want to consider sending one more notice to the skinners as it's finalizing. Last time was too early, and there could be some who have been waiting for the final notice.
