Sync progress

Woo hoo!  The task bar still shows progress when the main window is frozen.  This is great!  Much less worrying about whether MB needs to be restarted.

Still, the freezes should not be happening in the first place imo

i've added a few more:
- file scanner
- welcome dialog
- file organiser
- tag editor - only when the total time saving files >2 seconds

If it's not too much work, can you please also add support for the "rescan artwork" button in the artwork retrieval filter. I find that it always causes MusicBee to freeze.




Additionally regarding the tag editor >2 second limit, does that also include saving artwork? Because I find that no progress is shown when saving artwork to multiple tracks and the operation takes several seconds.
