I have indeed got it working - although I must confess that I have been monumentally stupid
The problem was caused by me not updating MusicBee - I had foolishly assumed that because I had only just downloaded The MusicBee install that it must be up to date - doh! (see kstuart you were right
)
My apologies to ma_t14 for wasting your time - I shall endeavor to properly read install instructions from now on (rather than repeatedly hitting "next" and assuming that all is plain sailing.
I'm having some tattoo work done at the weekend so I might see if i can get "I'm an eejit!" tattooed on my forehead.
