What happened to Part 4 of Rotem K's Skinning Guide

I've found the guides to be extremely worthwhile, but what happened to 4?

And; are there any more to be added to the collection?

Part 4 was reserved for 'Settings Elements', but I never had the time to finish off part 3, so I never got to it.
I guess a 6th part is now in order, 'Bitmap Based Skins', but it probably won't be me who'll do it.

Anyway, I'm glad you found the guides useful. and if you need any further help with your skins feel free to PM me.
