MusicBee has no license key. If you're being asked for one, you have not downloaded MB from the official website (getmusicbee.com.) If you paid for a license then you've been scammed and ripped off. Uninstall what you've downloaded and installed as it may be a nefarious piece of software. Then download MB from the official site.

Curiosity makes me ask where you downloaded MB from? And please show a screenshot showing where you're being asked to enter a license.

After I installed the new version I downloaded from this site I haven't been able to stream to my receiver from my PC, I can only stream to Bluetooth devices. There was a option in setting I was trying to use and it ask for a key.https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=7085382098181008&set=a.815066798545934

Sorry, I am not going to create an account with Facebook. Please create a screenshot and post it to a file sharing site (such as MediaFire) and then post the link here.

I will repeat that there has never been a license required to use MB. You've either been scammed or something else on your system is asking for the license key. It's certainly not MB. Perhaps it's whatever you're using to stream to your receiver.

Yeah, unfortunately in this day and age, we can't really tell with any certainly. In my experience, the OP may be a bot, but there's rarely a second post from the bot. Of course the Facebook link could be to a spam ad or smut image, in which case this entire thread will be deleted and the OP banned.

Let's wait and see what it comes back with. Or -if- it comes back.

There used to be a remote speaker output plugin (I paid for "lifetime" access ... doh), but it doesn't work anymore.

Sorry guys but I ain't a bot  :)
That's good to hear. Thanks for the screenshot.

That license request isn't coming from MB. What plugin are you using that generates the "configured in plugin" option for the sound device? I suspect this may be the culprit.

Change your sound device to direct sound and see if you still get the request. If you don't (and you won't) then the issue is (probably) the plugin. When proven, please post the issue on the thread for the plugin so the developer can see it.

Nice catch, tjinc.

I completely missed the "Remote Speakers output" in the activation window the OP posted. That sure looks like the offending animal.
