Queue Actions (Convert, File Organizer)

Hello,

It would be great to have the capability to add convert/file organization action to an existing action queue.

As discussed here it seems that currently there is no way to do so.
One have to wait until the action is complete in order to create additional action.

I hope this wish can be considered positively.

Further to this, I'd like see MusicBee finally get a uniform visual indication of task progress.

Volume Analysis
Folder Scanning
Format Conversion
Portable Syncing

are all tasks off the top of my head that can take long enough to warrant a proper progress bar.
Currently we have to rely on text updates in the original settings dialog, text in the status bar or the highlighting on the taskbar icon.
