re-tag upon sending to device

I'd like to see an option to re-tag tracks upon sending them to a device

(I own a J3, which fails to handle the common "the" prefix when sorting by artist. I'd like to keep the "the" prefix in my Musicbee library though)

did you try the option in the device settings 'replace artist with sort-artist' ?
