Playlist tracks not playing as a playlist

Hi - all of a sudden, my playlists will not play as a playlist.  I select the first song (or any subsequent song) in the playlist and it will play this one and then play the next song of the album relevant to the song selected as opposed to playing the next song in the playlist.  All playlists have been created by me from within MusicBee (as opposed to imported).

Have I accidentally reset my settings?

Hi Travelling Man,

It sounds like you may have changed your 'Play Now' action setting (Edit Preferences>Now Playing). My guess is you have set it to 'clear list and play album only' and you probably want 'clear list and play all tracks' - although you might want to check out the other options to see if they work better for you.

Apologies for the delay in responding.  Your suggestion worked a treat although I swear I didn't knowingly change the setting myself.  I rarely access the preferences etc as they scare me !!  I don't want to change from what I've got as it works fine as it is !!
