itouch sync error

have an itouch 3g.  got the same error as i did on an ipod nano upon synching.  witht the nano I was able to "restore" it with itunes than musicbee was able to synch with it perfectly.  However the itouch after restoring still generated the same error in musicbee synching.

I''ve read the other posts about the idevices changing too frequently.   But just in case here is the error message i received with the latest musicbee version.
