Computer folder browser

I have added a "folder browser" panel that enables you to browse/ manage folders and files on your computer. Its the same functionality as provided by the Computer section of the left navigator, but in a separate panel that can be docked so is suitable for use when the left sidebar is hidden or you if prefer a dedicated panel. When displayed, the Computer section of the left navigator is removed from display.
