While using my bluetooth JBL Flip3 speaker I'm not getting any bass at all. Any idea how to fix this

Do you hear bass with other players? If so, which ones?

Unless you're using a DAC, MB has no control over the audio output other than where to send the sound. You might get some help by playing with the equalizer available from MB's player control panel. There's a bass booster (and a treble reducer) among the many presets. Or you can fine tune your own setting a save it.

Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

I have never used anything other than my computer speakers to listen to music. I don't know what DAC is. I have tried the equalizer but no help there.

Pair the JBL Flip3 with a mobile over the Bluetooth. If the problem persist, it is probably defect.

I have used the speaker with my phone and get bass,  it sound great
