MB has about 1,000 bells and whistles; but i do not suppose it can automatically save last.fm images for cover art?
PS i assume that is where the images are coming from? not natively from MB?

Please do not make us download files to see your settings or images. Upload images to a file sharing site like imgur and either provide the link here, or post a screenshot here. Info on posting screens can be found by following the link in my signature below.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Yes, it is. But it requires anyone who wants/needs to see an image file to actually download it and open it. Whereas imgur.com is strictly for images, the link to which can be embedded in the post for all to see without downloading. I'm not saying you've done anything nefarious, but personally I don't like downloading a file from a stranger. The file name showing in tje MediaFire link doesn't necessarily mean that's what the file is.
