Exported playlists incompatible with copied files

Copied files to my phone by 'send to/Folder (copy)'. I have a 'library' playlist and other smaller playlists.

Hoped to export my musicbee playlists to my phone, they show in my android player but don't populate.

Turns out copied files in the 'library' playlist all get numbered sequentially so effectively i export the playlist and the files but all the filenames change so the playlists dont work.

Is there any way of fixing this or doing this differently?

Sync to the device instead of copying. Syncing will (should) update the file paths in the playlists.

Preferences > Devices > set up the criteria you want to use and what you want synced to it.
