hi again,

i was wondering if you can bring the edit command (field) to the menu bar. i like to edit my tracks without highlighting the edit field on each track. you know a shortcut to edit is there a way and if so how please.

Hi again,

I'm also not entirely sure of what you're referring to here.
A screenshot of what edit command you are seeing and where you'd like it positioned would be helpful.

If you're talking about bringing up the Tag Editor pop up via a shortcut, it's already available as [shift]+Enter by default, I think.
If you want to change it to something else, then: Edit > Edit Preferences > Hotkeys > Edit: Edit Tags
I already spend hours on end on social media. Might as well spare a few of those to a greater purpose here.

The answer has nothing to do with being a programmer. I suggest you take a good look at the wiki

Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.
