Skipped +1 / Played 1+ - Percent (%) and seconds selected

In the Now Playing settings under Playback - Skipped +1 / Played 1+, is it possible to select the % and seconds independently?
So that you can choose between percent (%) and seconds, both or just one. Now I have to enter both.
