rename filenames in MusicBee WITHOUT moving the renamed files to another folder

How can I rename file names in MusicBee WITHOUT the renamed files being "automatically" moved to another folder by MusicBee?
I would like to rename the files directly in MusicBee so that the library database immediately knows the changed name.
However, I don't want to move any files.
Is this doable?

If you just need to rename one file, go to Edit, Properties, and change just the filename at the end of "location".

If you want to change a series of files based on a naming convention, you should be able to use Move to Organized Folder, provided you set up the naming template properly and have tagged your music files consistently.
