Just a piece (multiple version of the same song, but just one file)

after years using MusicBee i just discovered i can set a start/finish position for each song (and other fantastic things too).
So i was wondering if it's possible to create playlist with just a piece of the songs. An example could be a playlist of guitar solos, but if i start the song from my library i should be able to listen to the full song
I know i can do it with 2 different files but i don't want to take more space on my disk.

I think you might be able to get closer with bookmarks.
Changes to the start/end times of a song will be applied to that track everywhere in MusicBee (playlist, library or wherever).

I tried with bookmark but when i double click the songs, they start from beginning
