Duplicate Listings for Songs but Tags Are Correct

I'm am adding the Black Sabbath album Master of Reality. When it is added I get duplicates of the songs but the song info is for other songs. See images:

I have re-taged this several times and all the tags are correct, verified using Microsoft Groove. Please help me with this issue.

If you haven't solved this yet, it looks like you have a cue sheet embedded. On the very edge of your screenshot from the tag editor, there's a button that should let you remove it.
