New directories in the upper panels above the main view. I want the panels that you can make that lists Artist, Genre, Album Artist and Album. I had to reinstall Windows 11 and lost my desktop and all of my settings.

Not entirely sure what you mean, but from the sound of it, you are referring to the 'Column Browser'.
Go to View > Arrange Panels... to enable it.
