Asylum Bee Icon

Hey folks,

I was browsing through the list of skins people have made (which are pretty incredible.) One was "Asylum". While it was a bit too light for me, I completely fell in love with the icon.

I searched the Internet for pictures of it to try to make an icon, but, the only one I found was blocked by my computer because of it being unsafe(?)

I'm just wondering if anyone might have a picture of the Asylum Bee icon that I could use to make an icon?

Hello Doc Nice,

'Asylum White' was designed by RotemK, and there is an icon by that name (res. 48x48 max.) available in both the portable and the installer edition:

• portable edition: .\Skins\RotemK.ico
• installer edition: C:\Program Files (x86)\MusicBee\Skins\RotemK.ico

Should you have no track of the icon (Store edition?), I have copied it onto a GoogleDrive folder:

MusicBee 3.5 comprises -- out-of-the-box -- two skins by RotemK (Pop Pink, Sky Blue).
Otherwise, all RotemK's skins are absent from MB's skin repository, moreover all their download links on the forum are deprecated.

Okay...THAT is great. I had to watch it a few times.

So, I really hope this doesn't come off as being ungrateful, but, I can't find the MusicBee icon that's in the straightjacket. When I click on the link you sent, I get an error message. I'm pretty sure I'm making some stupid mistake. Any idea(s) what I'm doing wrong?

What error message precisely? From your internet browser / antivirus package / picture viewer?
Strange, since it's the first time ever someone reports to me a download problem with a GoogleDrive folder.
And an .ico file cannot harm your computer...

After opening the link with your internet browser, you should see a download button on the right side when hovering over the row containing the icon's name (RotemK.ico). Or, if you click on the icon name and after your browser has loaded the icon, a download button shoud be visible in the upper right corner of the window.

Anyway, I've added to the folder an icon (128x128 max.) showing RotemK's bee with the straightjacket, based on the splashscreen published in:

By the way, what drove the Bee so crazy that it was committed to an asylum?

I'm sorry. I got the error when I tried to download the icon directly from the forum post. (Sorry if that sounds confusing. I am lacking at my MusicBee skills.) The Google Drive file was perfect.
