What should "Show Files With No Volume Analysis" display?

Should it just display only files with no Track AND no Album volume leveling or any track that has only one of the two set?
I have a number of unrelated tracks and want to set the Track Gain. But after I do, the tracks still show up in the "Show Files With No Volume Analysis" list.

I guess this doesn't do what I thought it did. If I have a 10 song album with Track and Album gain set in 9 and only Track set in the 10th, they all show up in the "Show Files With No Volume Analysis" list. Once I run the Analyze Volume on the last track for only the "On Album Basis", then all 10 songs are removed from the list.
