I'm assuming this is because of the change in Android's file access API, but the app needs to be updated.



The storage root directory can no longer be selected, which is required for the app to work.

Please search the forum as I think this has been discussed regarding Android 12 and it may be similar.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

I just updated and syncing is still working for me.  Did you create your own apk for the wifi sync app as shown here - https://getmusicbee.com/forum/index.php?topic=28093.msg200783#msg200783
