Instead of having to manually go through all of them when you don't remember where this setting is located

Can you please explain what you're asking for?
There's a search box in the upper right of the MB window and there's a custom search option reachable via a hotkey (SHFT-F) and/or custom toolbar icon.
You can also search via a right-click > search when selecting an album or a track.
Why would any of these need to be in the settings dialog?
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
Unzip into your MusicBee directory and overwrite existing files.

Ahhh ... thanks Zak.
There's already a search field available for the Hotkeys configuration, but OP wants something similar for -all- the preferences.

I suggest to Space Guy that he 'plus 1' the thread Zak referenced as that already has some activity.
Download the latest MusicBee v3.5 or 3.6 patch from here.
