Help with getting Auto-Tagger working

Unable to get either Auto-tag option to work: by Album or by track.
Confirmed latest Version
Started with an Album in INBOX
Searching ....No Items found
Removed Details like Tracks on Disk and Album Title ect., eventually leaving just artist name
Same Searching.....No items found
Attempted known albums in Library and continued no results
Any help would be appreciated

Can you give an example of an album you're trying to tag?

Seemed global throughout MusicBee
Tried: artist:Album - JID:DiCaprio2; The Kid LAROI:F*CK LOVE (SAVAGE); TroyBoi:V!BEZ, Vol. 3
then some easy ones Taylor Swift:reputation; Miley Cyrus:Plastic Hearts, ect..... and nothing

I'd start by making sure MusicBee isn't being blocked by your firewall.

If that's not the problem, then can you give us a screenshot of the auto tag by album window when you to find something?

Great suggestions
created firewall exception for Music bee ...no luck
Turned off firewall completely.... still no luck
Went to bed, because all things fix themselves overnight
woke up to new problems
Fixed those problems = fixed Music bee
Wish I had more insight to provide
